Discus and support I have credit on Microsoft but transaction constantly fails on Asphalt 9 (playing on a pc) in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have recently bought £20 of Microsoft store credit but when I try to use it on Asphalt 9 on pc it says transaction failed, please help!!...     Asphalt 9 doesn't support cross-play or cross save, meaning that Xbox & PC, Switch, Android, and iOS all have their own saves and subscriptions.

    And, what procedures you tried in your PC to fix this?
