Since you are the owner of the Xbox Club, here's how to delete it permanently:

From Home, scroll to the Community tab and select Clubs on Xbox.

Select the club that you want to delete.

Scroll to the Manage tab.

In the club settings, go to Ownership and select Delete Club.

If this doesn't work, try to delete it on different devices as well.

Upon deleting your Xbox Club, the result may be a bit delayed due to the Xbox Live server as for some their Xbox Club was deleted after 2 weeks.

OK with the club sides of thing you can leave the club on the welcome/info tab depending on what device you use if console it's the welcome tab. Some times it can take a while to register that you left the club, some referring to even re downloading there
gamer tag to refresh it after leaving a club is another method I've seen work if on the insiders program.

The auction house I have heard there isn't cross play on auction but game play there is, but I thought they resolved that ages ago so to answer that question it might be best hitting up the games forums for that answer,

​My club’s (All Femmes Fatales) feed appears locked but no suspensions or bans exist for the owner or admins. Furthermore I created a new club as a test and no posts in that club show up either. Xbox support said engineers were working on the
problem yet all the other sexy female image clubs are just fine, what’s going on here? Feeling singled out as the new club on the block with 650+ members meanwhile clubs like Beautiful Girls, Xbox Hotties, Laser Babes, Sexy Females and others are just fine

We understand your concern regarding the club. I have looked into this personally and the only options available are to transfer ownership, delete the club or to unfollow as the owner but the club stays under the profile that created
it either way. You probably joined this club, everyone left the club leaving you as the owner even though you didn't create it. It still should show the owner too. So it would be best to contact that person personal and nicely ask that they delete the club
or transfer the ownership. If not, then just unfollow the club so you do not have to even worry about it.

There is nothing saying you have to stay a part of the club for any reason. It will just be like the saying "out of sight, out of mind".
