I have console stream before but now in getting this, any idea why would I get this message?

Any idea why it has an Oct 15th release date at gamestop?

It would be convienent to get them before Advanced warfare comes out so I have time to get use to them.

I have no idea why this is happening, If they were banning me they would send me a message centre message saying that im banned, the funny thing is, i have not yet received this message so obviously something cheesy is going on here, i ve recently spent
4200 ms points on this game and now i get banned, thanks Turn10.

No I don't get either of those options. I only get 'My Microsoft Account' and 'Mr Profile' and neither of them lead to any messaging options. I have no idea why this is happening to me.

I am having the same issue except, i did purchase a gold membership. Now when i try to enable the cloud storage on my 360 i get this error mesage:

”Sorry, cloud storage isn’t available to everyone yet. For more info, go to www.xbox.com/cloudstorage.”

on that webpage there is no information as to why i’m getting this message. Any ideas?

Thank you Jonny: I was simply asking for any explanation as to the root cause of the ban, I was no way asking wanting or suggesting to have it lifted, as I believe "If you violate the ToS, then you reap the consequences" . I was just wanting advise as to NOT keep making the same mistake. Thank you very much for your prompt response in any case.
