Hello Sean, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your achievements.

I have found this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/... discussion issues with a couple of achievements. You may want to check this link as well https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

However, on my research it does seem that quite a few people have been having trouble with the achievements for quite some time. If they are not popping for you even though you've completed the requirements perhaps try contacting the game support via https://halowaypoint.com to see if they're able to offer any suggestions.

halo 4 > spartan ops > play alone and get KILLED over and over again and again

Have to agree that the spawn points on Solo Legendary can be extremely annoying, but then again you don't go into Spartan Ops on Legendary solo thinking you're going to go all Flawless Cowboy on the first try. But yes, I know the feeling - and it does feels
    cheap.

Spartan Op's on Heroic...solo. That's a nightmare. One guy on my FL has completed them on Legendary and I think that's just friggen insane...I swear he's made of hax.

    Halo: MCC Achievements not popping.

So a year later, and achievements still fail to pop

In halo 4, completed 3rd mission solo on legendary in June 2015, and it showed it completed solo on legendary properly but didn't pop the achievement for that mission (which doesn't require any particular difficulty).

I waited 5 months and it never popped.

Then last week I did all the rest of halo 4 on legendary co-op and the achievement for doing all missions legendary didn't pop. So had to rep,ah mission 3 and it popped. BUT I SHOULDVE GOTTEN CREDIT THE FURST TIME WHEN I DID IT SOLO!

I wish 343 would fix these problems!
