Discus and support I have Cold War purchased and I can’t even play campaign or solo zombies without purchasing... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I paid $70 just to not be able to play campaign or solo zombies.     I paid $70 just to not be able to play campaign or solo zombies. Xbox is ridiculous at this point, gonna be switching over to PlayStation.

    I purchased the game and can't play it.

    The game, Call of Duty - Cold war , brought it from game stop , for the Xbox 1 console. I put the disk in it downloaded but still telling me to purchase game So I can play it ,checked today it's only letting me play Zombies and Multiplayer but no Campaign?

    But as I logged into cold war it said, "please purchase to play campaign, multi-player, and zombies!" But the thing is I've already done that. It's just weird since I've never had this happen before. Not once in 4 years of using this xbox has anything happen. I'm gonna be calling customer support about this and see if they have anything to do with it or if they could help me solve this problem.

    Once again still can’t play the new Cold War zombie map forsaken as it turns my Xbox off every time I load in to the game and what makes it worse I can’t even get a call back from Xbox live as it says there is a problem every time I put my number in for a call back
