Hey Omar. I have redeemed Robux through Microsoft Rewards before and it can usually take about 7-10 days. I earn around 150 points per day with the different daily tasks and using Bing as my default browser. If you want to speed it up, you can also do the weekly and daily punchcards on the Xbox Rewards app.

It can take up to 24 hours to receive the code once you redeem it. If you don't receive it by then, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the site.
