    Hey there. Have you tried some of these steps?

    • Uninstall then reinstall BBC IPlayer, then reinputting the password?
    • checking to make sure the password is correct as you could be using caps lock
    • resetting the password again to see if it works
    • Full shutdown the xbox by holding the Power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the power from the back. Then try logging in

    Really? I have the iPlayer on PS3, my Humax freeview box, and my
    SONY blu-ray player, and I have to say the picture quality on the PS3
    by far the worst of the 3.

    I've not looked at it in a while, but last time I looked there was no BBC HD support either.

    i have BBC iplayer through my BT Vision box... I never use it... anything these days you want to watch can be sky plussed/recorded/tivo'ed or whatever... i think i used iplayer once at work to watch Doctor Who.. and thats because I didn't have a working

    WDTV HDMI in green tint

    I have the same issue. It is also causing BBC iPlayer to not load. I had to connect the wdtv directly to my TV to get it to work. Looks like the wdtv and Xbox one have HDMI issues together
