I have changed my password and everything else it sends me a link on my TV it won't accept...

Is there not a customer service representative or whatever phone number that you can call and talk to an actual person to help try to figure this out

Also having this issue.. Put in the password to my parents account when I try on my console (already updated my account to adult status) and it tells me the password is incorrect. Asked my mother to go to hotmail and recover her account and it says someone
else has been using it and won't even send a recovery email to her secondary account. When I try to accept it on xbox.com, I hit accept and it takes me straight back to the log in screen.

Not happy, put a lot of time and a lot of money in to this account.

It will not accept my passwords I have changed my passwords updated it still will not accept it

It still accepts my password but the verification is not allowing me to receive a code to log back on my Xbox account telling me we can not send a text to this number I’ve not changed the number don’t have a two step on my account

Having the same problem here. I reset my password and it still won't work for me. Proofs and everything else checks out on my account. I'm thinking this is an Xbox Live glitch of some sort.
