This game that is sold on Microsoft is only available for consoles and you cannot play this for PC. You might need to purchase this game on another client if you want to play this on PC.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Unfortunately the promotion for Castle Crashers for free is no longer available. You still should be able to see Castle Crashers at the discount price though. Just to make sure that we have covered everything, I recommend trying
a few steps:

• First, verify that Castle Crashers was originally purchased on your account by viewing your purchase history on commerce.microsoft.com.
  
• Once you have verified that Castle Crashers was purchased on your account, launch and play Castle Crashers on your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Wait 48-72 hours and then try purchasing Castle Crashers on your Xbox One console to see if you are able to see the discounted price.

Sure, I play it all the time and castle crashers, mostly arcade games :\

So I played Castle Crashers on the 360, I have achievements for it, but it says I have to pay the $14.99 to get the game on Xbox One. I checked my purchase history but I don't see a record of it and don't remember if I got it as a free game or I paid for
it. Any ideas why I can't get the free version?
