I have brought the new f1 23 on pre order,i have gone to open it today and its load me to the game and kicked me off back,to the home screen when tryin to reopen its saying error i need to get ea play and buy the game again,which it wrong i have already got ea play and already download the game, user name is JJhudson11,

I brought FIFA 23 ultimate edition back on the 18/08/2022 what got cancelled didn't get a refund tho then brought it again on 25/09/2022 saying I only have the standard edition and haven't received my pre order bonus for some of the events

I have the same issue I pre-order fifa 23 and don't show on my owned games

Halo 4 is my most anticipated but I also have Black Ops 2 and F1 RS on Pre-order....... I really want AC 3 as well.

When did you pre order it? For those Pre ordered after the 16th of January will have a code sent to their Xbox account starting tomorrow.
