    Hello, I am a Fortnite Player,

    My account name is Spugged and I just wanted to address an issue that I have tried to contact epic games about, two times but I haven't received a reply. I recently tried to purchase the Frozen Legends Pack with two credit cards about 10-12 times and I just
    wanted one transaction to go through but no transaction has been completed, Please help me with this issue. it gives me an error message like, Your money will be refunded in 3-5 business days but just wanted to know if you guys can help me any further because
    I don't know when that Skin Bundle will not be on sale.

    they have lent me the account of DRPAIN069 and if their purchase history comes out the gift that the pack of frozen legends of fortnite did to me but as I say, I have not received a code or even a message from xbox live.

    To further this investigation, you have stated that you play Fortnite on your PC which does bring up that you downloaded the game through the official Fortnite website.

    Our current knowledge of the situation is that these transactions would only be recorded through Epic seeing as neither Steam nor Microsoft are involved within this transaction, as it is then suggested to continue your reach out to Epic in order to resolve
    this matter.

    It may be best in this case, to try the Epic Games Forums and check it out for more information regarding the bundle.
