I have bought and paid for Hitman. However, i am unable to download any of the episodes....

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that check on the games and add-ons:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Please assist. I paid for and downloaded the Hot wheels DLC. However, I am still unable to access this DLC.

I'm having a similar issue as you man. Bought all the episodic content when they were available but now I can't download episode 1. A pop up just comes up and says can't download fable 2. It is rather annoying as well since I paid quite abit for all the
episodes and now have an urge to replay the game.

It is so weird to have this new Hitman in an episodic format. I didn't mind it when The Walking Dead did this, but a Hitman game is something that has to be a complete experience in my opinion LOL

Yes, i have done this. Everything is installed. However, theres no mention of each episode requiring download.

If that is the case, then I may have misunderstood (having been led to do so by the way the store is set up) what the bundle included. It says it includes Hitman 2. I would expect that means it includes the game, doesnt it? Each of the legacy pack episodes
are DLC, so it makes sense they’d be seperate.

I’ve sent in the request, hopefully it’ll be sorted.
