I have bought 2k25 and cloud gaming playing it for the last few months now doesnt load or open

No I've had it a few months now. Even in the store it doesn't give me the option for cloud play. I've been trying to figure this out the last few hours and getting nowhere.

i am also having this problem
i bought the game on sale and i see that i own it in my subscriptions.
I bought the ultimate last month and than also the game and bc i now own the game i wanted to get the cheaper xbox live stuff bc the "16$" a month is more like 20 and now when i try to load up any game mode it gives me the "join Xbox game pass ultimate"
I last played on the last day of my ultimate subscription (oct 5 2023) and i bought the game for about 10$ on sept 6 2023 can you help?
