I have bought 12000 fifa points

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

If after that the FIFA points are still not visible, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure that it was for the correct FIFA version as well as the status is "completed".

same thing happened to me they bought FIFA gold packs I had about 12000 points on my account. called support and locked my account i was lucky I could still recover my account. I changed passwords and hopefully I will get my points back.

Hi there.a cut ally you are right, my mistake I spent £69.98 (I got figures confused with FIFA points figure)

So the first problem is resolved however the second isn't.

How can I buy 8000Ms points which once retired gives me £69.98

Then buy 12000 FIFA points which were marked a s 6300 MS points and yet be billed £79.99 and asked to pay £8 extra ontop? Surely I shouldn't have been charged extra and have 1700 ms points left over?

If 8000 ms pts = £70 once retired

Then 6300 ms pts (12000 FIFA points)= £57 roughly not £79.99 like I was charged??

I was hit too it seems like everything is linked to A EA game. mine was FIFA 12 and 12000 MS points happened Oct 15.

I too have been hit by the FIFA deal they recovered my account on another console and stole 12000 MS point I am at day 17 now. I know we need to sit and wait but that is easier said than done.
