Here's how you can analyze the minidump file using a utility called "WinDbg":

Download and install the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) from the official Microsoft website. You can find it here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/d...

During the installation, make sure to select the "Debugging Tools for Windows" option.

Once the SDK is installed, open "WinDbg" from the Start menu. You may need to search for it.

In WinDbg, go to "File" > "Open Crash Dump."

Browse to the location of your minidump file. In your case, it should be "C:\Windows\Minidump\062623-19296-01.dmp".

After opening the dump file, WinDbg will start analyzing it. This process may take a few moments.

Once the analysis is complete, WinDbg will display information about the crash, including any error messages or potential causes. Look for clues that may indicate the source of the problem.

screen shot the outcome, it should narrow the issue down to a specific item or driver and then we can possibly resolve this. The program lists any blue screen errors and show a breakdown of the dump file.
