    I have been wronfully banned twice now.


    I do not know how to submit an appeal. I have been banned for using a glitch in a 6 YEAR OLD GAME. Other people have the exact same term in their posts, yet they have not been banned. I am now banned for a week. I need help.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review. Just because other people may be doing the same thing
    on Live, it doesn't mean it's allowed. They may have just not been caught yet.

    To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    I tried this method and it seems the submit a case review option is not eligible
    That means you have a 1 day banned only. You will need to just ride it out and review the CoC of Xbox to avoid this from happening again.
