    I have been trying to contact xbox support for days now


    So my issue is i bought installed and played minecraft for 3 weeks i logged in a few days ago to be told its a demo account and every attempt to contact the support team has been met with. "Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it." how do i contact some one to deal with the fact that i have been demoted from a full purchase to a demo weeks after buying it ???

    Mojang have said I need to contact Microsoft Xbox live

    I was playing on the account for 3 weeks before it dropped to demo

    My account says i have it purchased and can download it at anytime after re-download from my account page it still loads as demo

    all of the methods of communication with Xbox fail and i have been unable to contact any one directly.

    Thank you for the assistance how ever nothing is working

    Hi there Demorin! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I used to have that issue! If the steps I recommend do not help please consider contacting Mojamg themselves! They answer faster!

    The demo mode is available to any Mojang account that is logged into the launcher but does not own a copy of Minecraft

    Please check to see if your account has a copy of Minecraft listed or available to redeem by visiting account.mojang.com/me.

    If your account page does not show a Minecraft profile, start your Minecraft Launcher (if you are already logged in, you can log out through the launcher screen: click your username in the top right corner, then click "Log Out").

    If you have a Mojang account, try logging in with any email address you have may have used for this purchase. You can reset your password at https://account.mojang.com/password

    If you have an older Minecraft account, try logging in with your username. You can reset your password at account.mojang.com/migrate

    If you purchased Minecraft after December 1st, 2020, you will need to sign into the launcher using the Microsoft account you purchased the game with, and not a Mojang account

    There is no need to re-download or re-purchase the game unless you received an email stating that you were refunded.

    Okay! I suggest trying to talk to a 24/7 expert on the website and if they can't help you can tell them to transfer you to a Microsoft agent!

    I am having the same issue trying to redeem a 3 month live card been trying for 2 days now and it keeps popping up something went wrong try again later and if it happens again contact support well I have contacted support and have gotten no reply yet
