    I have been trying to contact Microsoft to cancel the ultimate pass


    I have been trying to contact Microsoft to cancel the ultimate pass even though it has already been cancelled, itis still billing me to my mobile number and they was meant to cancel it around 3 months ago, i cannot seem to get a call back,, or even get hold of the support. what do i do?

    Xbox live gold and game pass

    It sounds like you bought Game Pass Ultimate. Ultimate includes Gold as well as Game Pass, so when you purchased it, the Gold you had would have been cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So cancelling Ultimate cancels everything. You can try contacting
    support to see if there is anything they can do, but otherwise, you'd just have to buy a new subscription. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    The 1$ promotion is for Game Pass Ultimate which includes Gold, Game Pass for Xbox, and Game Pass for PC. Since Ultimate includes all of those, your gold was automatically cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate when you made the purchase. So cancelling Ultimate
    cancels everything.

    The deal for 1 euro would have been for Ultimate Game Pass which includes a gold susbcription as well as game pass. So your original gold subscription would have been cancelled and concerted to Ultimate when you made that purchase (giving you about 4 or
    5 months of Ultimate for 1 euro instead of just the 1 month). So by cancelling Ultimate you cancelled your gold as well. You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally you would have to purchase a new subscription. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
