    Hello Xbox, I am messaging here as I am running out of options.

    I have been having issues with my Xbox rewards. I emailed rewards support back at the beginning of July that my weekly streak had been reset incorrectly and at the time my monthly streak proved it was intact. I was contacted back with 24 hours saying it had been corrected. When I logged on it was reset back to 23 at the time rather than 87 weeks.

    So I followed up stating this but I had no reply. Since then I have followed up the emails and also started new requests. The reason for new requests is when calling Xbox support they say they cannot help as rewards is a separate department and recommends trying again. I have done so and also included the previous case numbers for reference. This has now been 5-6 weeks with no response. I don't know who to contact about this anymore. Really hoping you can point me in the right direction or get somebody to reach out to me.

    So basically, I have no way of getting support? Surely there is someone who looks after Rewards or do they just do what they want when they want.

    I guess if they don't respond they don't have to give out points which means they don't give out any rewards. Great way to stop giving away freebies.

    Unfortunately using the email form on the Rewards site is the only way to contact Rewards support.

    Yeah, the first email was responded to within 24 hours but other than that nothing since the 26th June.

    Suspension For Microsoft Rewards

    I just got a suspension on my Microsoft rewards for no reason too and I contacted the team at Microsoft Rewards Support and there is no response so far it's been like 6 to 7 hours sense I sent those 2 requests.
