I have been threatened by someone posing as a microsoft employee

Hi,

Following a bit of a enquiry with another xbox player, I am now on the receiving end of someone impersonating a microsoft employee.

When the original player suddenly ceased messaging saying I was reported to microsoft and within minutes I recieved a message from another profile saying the following.

Good evening your account has been found in violation of terms and regulations of xbox live your account will be going through investigation and if these claims with your account appears to be accurate your account will be permanently delete it from the
services.

This is exactly how the message was typed twice with a deleted message above them. I have found out no microsoft employee would send me this so it's obviously a fake and connected to the original xbox player I was in contact with. This then means they are
threatening action on my account when they can't.

The original player even messaged me asking if I had been messaged by xbox telling me the words the supposed xbox employee used. I have both reported through xbox now and hoping something gets done.

To be clear the threat came through normal messaging system from an xbox app, not in the messages from xbox live section.

If anyone gets anything like this report it.

If someone could confirm this is all fake I would be grateful.

So long story short. In April of 2018 my identity was stolen by an xbox enforcement agent and Microsoft admitted to it but their EUCLA relieves them of any Liability. I lost everything I had built for years. It took 3 years to gather enough information about my situation and it wasnt easy because Microsoft was playing hardball with me. Ironically even though my account was banned for life for something that I didn't even do Microsoft refused to unban it due to the integrity unit and the security issues that the xbox staff member created for them. I ended up having to file an Identity Theft case with the police and FTC. Last I knew the guy was a ghost and damn good at what he does. Due to court orders I can't say much more than that about it so you'll have to wait and see if I get the approval to post so much evidence that you will be blown away by all of the evidence that proves my identity was stolen by an Actual Xbox Enforcement Agent and they attempted to exploit me to pay for them to lift the ban. I refused to pay. So they destroyed my identity.

 

Well I guess it's time to show the proof. Fyi. Xbox Ambassador Bowski was involved in it . Yup I got the emails between me and them . Yes an actual xbox enforcement agent stole my identity and banned my account for life and then tried to exploit me to pay for it to be lifted. Microsoft admitted to it last year so...
