Seems to be a bigger issue. My partner has just been banned for no apparent reason also, but there is an issue with the enforcement page so he cannot contest it. I have seen others saying the same as well. It is a flawed system.

You have not been hacked. If you have been banned or suspended you can view the reason on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible.

If you have not been banned this is just feedback from other players over the last 6 months.

I've never engaged in hate speech. I've never been accused of engaging in hate speech. That you mention this shows that you're not attending to the facts of this case. To claim that using your culturally and legally legitimate name is hate speech is specious,

That you think that "context" in the sense invoked by XBoxlive policy isn't at issue shows that you aren't attending to the facts of this case. My name is documented as a culturally-legitimate name with an inoffensive meaning; any web search will show this.
My name is in no way offensive in its language of origin. It is only offensive in a radically different context (another language, another culture, and another part of the world).

That you mention that hate words offend more than one person shows that you're not attending to the facts of this case. No one has ever complained about my gamertag.

All I've been saying is that I shouldn't have to pay for the privilege of complying with a policy that has been enforced (1) without consideration for what I've actually done (documented fact: I wasn't trying to, nor have I ever, offend anyone) and (2) when
there is a history of accommodating users when the policy makes judgements about culturally legitimate names.

[/quote]First, no I have never been Suspended because I follow and understand the rules. Second, the Filed Complaint System works perfectly fine. If someone violates the ToU/ CoC, they are Suspended. That's "how" it is supposed
to work and it does.

So with all of this said, the Profile you stated and the Motto/ Bio you stated
does violate the ToU/ CoC. Sorry but "white pride, world wide" is Hate Speech. It is viewed as being synonymous with Hate Groups and the method of their speech for years and even decades. If someone does not understand that, it's not the
fault of anyone else but their own.
