I have been suspended from communications and my case review was declined

I have been suspended from communications so I filed a case review but the enforcement team wouldn't change anything I have been suspended for no reason and I am very upset at this

Help with Enforcement Team Dispute

Hi I was recently given a suspension for 27 hours.

I have pored over the forums and read the "Case Review" information on the enforcement team website.

I am given no option to submit a case review.

The reasons given for my suspension are what I had reported abusive messages from another user for containing, i.e. profane/abusive language. I refrained from any abusive language in my communications and have been suspended.

How do I submit a Case Review in this instance?

I have been harassed and banned for reporting said harassment.

I have been recently suspended from all communications by the enforcement team even though i have done nothing. i filed a review on my suspension and it has been 24 hours and i have not gotten any response at all. I am very frustrated because i have not
done anything to cause me to get suspended from chat and I'm not getting the service to help this get fixed. if anyone on the enforcement team sees this, please review my case and get me out of this suspension because i have done nothing wrong.

 

You weren't suspended for no reason.

If you have filed for a case review that means your case has been investigated twice,probably by 2 different people.

They don't just suspend people for fun.

If the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do.You'll just have to wait out the suspension.

same here I got multiplayer and communications ban across all my accounts on my Xbox lol some admin abuse going on here on top of that bro I don't have any enforcement action against me lol. Plebs plebs plebs.

 

yeah people actually do guy. Ambassador and admin abuse I know people who've done it.

Sounds like you have got a console privilege suspension due to multiple enforcement actions in the past.

But of course,all of them were for no reason right?

There's no abuse going on.

Ambassadors or admin can't suspend anyone so you are already showing your lack of knowledge on how things work.

Any report is investigated.

Or are you both saying they investigated the reports,found you didn't do anything but decided to suspend you anyway? I don't think so.

I haven't said anything wrong to anyone since my last suspension and that was the only one I have ever had

 

It could of been for something you did before your last suspension.

There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for something.

The decision was upheld after two investigations.You will have to wait until the suspension is over.

To many suspensions & you will end up with 100day suspension or even a console suspension or possibly both.

After that it's a permanent ban.
