I have been suspended for a month , but the website isn’t telling me what for ?

Wow, they didn't leave you much options. I don't really know what advice to give you. But if it was me Id call phone support and insist that this isn't an enforcement issue, it's an issue with the website not displaying information. That would probably get me no where, but with no games to play I guess its something to do.

Read the community standards. Xbox draws line a little sooner than most of us would. It can only help you to know what does and does not gets your account suspended/banned. Like seriously if you spend money on here you really gotta read that stuff.

Is it an account ban or a console ban? If its a console ban then you won't see it on your account. Also Xbox Support is unable to help with enforcement questions as they don't have access to enforcement details.

Thanks for telling me. Some websites I’ve looked at have said that the change has already happened which clearly isn’t the case.

I’m having the same issue I purchased the game 2 months ago for my son he’s been playing the beta of it but the full game isn’t showing up as purchased just tells me to purchase it again can anyone help

Okay this has been happening to me for several months. I’ve deduced that it’s my IP address and I will be calling my ISP on Monday morning to have them come out and see what’s wrong. I think my IP address is telling the app the wrong location....
