    I have been striked wrongfully.


    Hey I need to know what I can do I made a post to help low level people on diablo 4 and my post was reported. I don't understand why I can't appeal this as it only said helping boost low lvls. It even showed that on the enforcment page. It's not like I'm doing anything wrong I even was doing it for free while others ask for money.

    PERM BAN FOR NO REASON

    No one else signs in when I click to go in the enforcement it says no details at this time and I cannot submit a appeal or case review I have 0 strikes I have been wrongfully banned and I cannot get in contact with anybody to see what’s going on

    You should be able to find the reason for the suspension on the
    Xbox Enforcement     web site and if eligible you will be able to request a case review from here as well.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however, you can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live
    Gamertag.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    HERE    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
