    I have been punished for bad behavior by having features for my account removed for two days on June 7th to June 9th.

    After the suspension I had most my account features back except the ability to edit my xbox GamerPic for over a year now. Please fix this issue of give me a very helpful solution so I can return to my account without and problems.

    Simply Can't Connect to Xbox Live

    lucky i have had this problem for 3 days now exact same message. when i downloaded the patch it failed so i cleared my cache and installed it via usb stick but now i cannot also get on to live and when i researched that code it says that either there a problem
    with live or my account has been blocked not liking this update at all and am thinking of pulling the pin on my pre ordered xbox one as over the last two months ive had major issues with xbox live

    My Random Console Suspension

    So on September the 7th at 11:30 I was banned on console. So I knew what it was like for I was on a one day suspension last week. So I called the support team and they told me I had a two week suspension for basically everything xbox live. They told me to
    file a case review but I can't for in the past two days I have no recieved any email or there is also nothing new in my enforcement history. At this point I guess I'll just have to wait out two weeks with no reason since I have not been provided with one.

    When you are trying to edit your GamerPic are you getting any error message or is it an enforcement message?

    If you are receiving an enforcement message then of course you would need to go through the
    Enforcement Website so that you can look into this issue.

    If it's any other message let us know so we can provide more insight on this issue.

    For account issues, we typically recommend contacting us directly at Microsoft Support - Contact Us since we are limited on how we may assist on the forums. You may also view Get help with your Microsoft account for various troubleshooting solutions regarding accounts. Please keep in mind that in order to change an account email, you must have access to the old account. So if you do not have access to the original account, you may be unable to recover the account that was linked with the old email address.
