    I was perma suspended 2 days ago I have not gotten update about If I can send in a case review or not. Also today it updated it said that I was suspended off the xbox network sooo idk what's going on.

    If the site is fixed, you'll be able to see your current suspension. As far as I know, it's not fixed yet. A permanent ban would show as an active suspension.
