    I was banned about 3 days ago for indefinite this ban was because I sent someone a picture of their ip from xresolver the person had been hitting me offline and harassing me on Xbox party I did not hit him offline just sent the picture to try and back him off I appealed the ban and it got denied is there a way I can resolve this over the phone or email or anything someone please help

    So it does not matter what the context was how the other person may have broke the rules or how I had to send it to stop my wifi from being taken down over and over and over they just don’t give two fs and it’s all on me

    They don't send a warning. The warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up. There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

    The appeal is the only way to possibly have a ban overturned. If it was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct/terms of service, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to report and block instead of responding.

    A case review is ultimately meant for the enforcement team to make sure they didn't make a mistake in issuing a suspension. If they determine they didn't make a mistake, they won't overturn their decision.
