i have been part off xbox live rewards since 18/10/12 and i havnt received points since june ...

If it's a conversion to Credits/Microsoft Points. Having been part of Xbox Live Rewards since the early days, and Microsoft Rewards through mobile. Dissatisfaction. Is where I see this going. I mean, What is the worth?

There was 12 months on the card. It said 4-6 weeks and its been since early january. I t was a offer renew you xbox live 12 month gold card and receive 600 ms points back, i received the ones from my live rewards but none from the special offer.

Since gems just started on October 1, it's not possible to have completed that offer yet.

I understand that but there have been other rewards over the years with the same condition renew your live for 12 months and you receive so and so my point is I have never received anything once

Does that include ones earned on Bing? I'm guessing it does. I'm just wondering because I never really buy Microsoft points anymore and just use things like bing rewards and order them as I need them.

Yes Bing points do, as they are promotional points. Here is what the points say on Bing: "Restrictions: A maximum total of 64,000 Microsoft Points may be redeemed per Xbox LIVE gamertag through the Bing Rewards program. Promo code expires 6/30/2014, if not
redeemed in gamertag account. Once redeemed, Microsoft Points expire after 365 days if not used in the Xbox LIVE Marketplace."

As for my Rewards: Xbox LIVE Rewards Member since 2010-12-01, Points earned 1350
