Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently requesting a refund for an item you purchased.

We are on the Xbox Forums, we do not have the necessary tools to be able to manually process a refund for you.

The refund process has become much more of a self-service option so you would have to actually

request the refund yourself.

I am sorry for the mistake I made and please accept my apology. I got confused with your pop up on the Amazon page. I am certainly capable of getting the refund myself. Thanks anyway.
