    jigsaw closing

    for a couple weeks every time i finish a puzzle ms jigsaw closes.. i have to reopen classic jigsaw to play next puzzle . i get credit for puzzle but no gold . now yesterday jigsaw worked as it should with time/gold window and back to puzzles i'm doing for
    one puzzle . and now it shuts down at the 3 puzzle types window . some one please fix these issues. i have 1,100,860 gold and don't want to start over.

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Yes, the problem still exists. I have un-installed and re-installed the program twice. When the program re-installs, my current coins earned come back, but the "complete puzzles" do not. However, when I download one of the puzzles that I previously completed, each individual puzzle of that series shows it has already been completed. I work the puzzles at the "expert" level and have over 1,929,000 points earned. I have been using this game at least 5 years and enjoy it immensely. This problem started about two weeks ago after the latest Windows 10 automatic update.

    Thank you for this. i purchased the cable specifically to use my 360 controller on windows, and have been puzzling for weeks trying to figure out why this isnt working. now it looks like i have to purchase the wireless receiver.

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
    If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.
