It doesn't matter how many complaints are filed on your account. Complaints are investigated by the enforcement team and you are only suspended if they find that you have done something to violate the terms. You can post here if you need an official answer

It's not possible to be suspended off of mass reporting. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. You can be
reported a million times and not get a suspension as long as you comply with the rules.

It's also possible your suspension may be for something else the enforcement team found while investigating you rather than that interaction. "also tried asking why are you even allowed to send swear words to people
not on your friendslist/ is their a way to block it." Profanity is not allowed on Live at all, even with your friends, so if you had used profanity with a friend you could have been suspended for that. You would need to go to

As such, the reason why you wouldn't be able to submit a case review would not be based on a "mass report". Most likely you were given a 24 hour suspension which is not eligible for a case review because it is too short for a review.

In situations like that, report the other person and block them rather then respond to them.
