I was banned and locked out of my account at 2 in the afternoon but didn’t get the email until 1030 pm

So which one would that be?

Is he locked out because of a ban or is this to do the new TOU's (terms of use) I had to get my dad on here because it would not let me into my account, but why there doing this is to make shure that the person accepting the TOU's is the adult. but is it

I set up my microsoft / xbox account years ago under another email. I do not know that password and can't recover it because I don't have access to the email. Now, I am locked out completely, as the passkey was entered wrong 3x by my son, and it is prompting
me to put in my password for the email I used initially to set it up. I don't have this.
