I have been locked out my account for 30 days.. all because of verification.

My computer had a data breach not long ago due to installing a stupid virus. In the process someone attempted to log in to my main Microsoft account without permission. Bare in mind , I have had this account since I was a child. When I attempt to log in my Xbox Account I am forced to verify my identity by entering a code that had been sent to my previous phone number , although I have entered the correct password. which I no longer have access to. I have contacted multiple agents through phone and they hadn't helped my a single bit. I have evidence that it is my account, for example the last 4 digits of a Credit Card I used, Xbox Serial Number, the full number for my previous phone number. I have tried to verify via phone but they continue to tell me to fill out the form for account recovery which is completely useless. Although I ensure that I have submitted the correct information I continue to get the same old response that my information is invalid therefore they could not recover my account. The only piece of information which I would believe is invalid is the Date Of Birth.

Please help me!

So, have you tried already to fill up the recovery form, but did you enter all the info's correctly, if you type one invalid info, the recovery process will not work.

When you tried to sign in, it only displays your older phone number as a id method? There's no option like "do not have access to that phone" something like that?

In such type of cases, there are two options:

The first one is to go through the recovery form.

The second one is to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support so they can escalate your situation.

Both options will require multiple information to be provided to ensure you are the actual owner of the account!

I'm afraid no one here on the Forums can help in such situation apart from the two options mentioned above.

As long as you do not have 2 step verification on your account and you know the email and password for the account you can change the security proof on the account.

Keep in mind doing this will lock you out of the account for 30 DAYS until the security proof (where they are sending the verification code) is officially changed. What you would need to do is this:

Sign into your account at account.live.com/addassocid this will pop up wanting to verify the account with the old email there should then be a choice to change the security proof.

AGAIN KEEP IN MIND DOING THIS WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 30 DAYS THERE IS NO WAY TO GET AROUND THIS 30 DAY HOLD IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD BUT NOT THE SECURITY PROOF.
