I have been incorrectly suspended for 2 days (no appea)

All you can do is wait it out. Keep in mind that LFG is only for looking for other people to play a game with and should essentially be "I'm looking for X amount of people to play this game". Offering to buy, sell, trade anything in them is not permitted.

If the suspension was upheld by Enforcement, then there is nothing that anyone else will be able to assist with. Be sure to review the
Code of Conduct, even if you have a free account, because you can still get a suspension while not paying for Gold. Home console allows free accounts to play with another account's
Gold, and messages are not dependent on Gold.

You can be suspended for infractions commited prior to your first ban. After the investigation XBLPET verifies all your online behaviour and can suspended you for prior infractions.

The chat and phone support can't help you; if you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do but reflect on your behaviour and read the Code of Conduct.

That is ridiculous to punish someone after the fact, even if they have reflected on past behavior and read the Code of Conduct. I have done absolutely nothing since the last suspension that would warrant another, and to suspend me once again for something
that happened before that is a very unethical way of enforcement. As previously stated, I see no reason why I should be paying a yearly fee for such gross incompetence of enforcing an online policy. This 'zero tolerance' approach other than a substandard appeal
is ludicrous. Taking my money so you can block my access for the very thing I'm paying for? No one I can directly communicate with to inform them of the error made on enforcement's side? You've got to be kidding me. Never have had an issue with Live until
now, and if this is the way you handle situations, by telling them there is nothing they can do but read a poorly written 'Code of Conduct,' I have no reason why I should be forking over any more money.
