Same here I have this same issue where I preordered MW3 and was able to play the beta on 10/12/23 etc. but only had access to the ghost weapon blueprint nothing else and money has already been taken by Xbox but no transaction history that it did which why it says declined except when I check the purchases. But Im still not understanding. A refund needs to happen in order for me to try another way. Can someone please shed light on this please ?

I've pre ordered mw3 vault edition. My card has already been charged and successfully paid on the 27th August. I've received my weapon blueprints and what not. Now I just received an email from Microsoft saying that payment has failed. But yet it's already been paid for. Hope people aren't getting scammed from this
