    I have been trying to launch cloud gaming for windows on my computer but every single time i press play it get a black screen then it goes back to the game page as if it tries to load but cant. i have updated all my xbox services through the microsoft store and have even uninstalled and reinstalled the xbox app. When i try cloud gaming on browser the buttons are greyed out and i cannot press them. i feel like its an issue with my account but i have no clue please help me out

Please note that Xbox Cloud games are still in beta testing and we are constantly working to improve their performance and stability. Some issues may arise during this phase, but rest assured that our team already knows them and is doing their best to resolve them as soon as possible.     Meanwhile, there are a few possible reasons why you are experiencing this issue. One of them could be that your internet connection is not stable or fast enough to support cloud gaming. Another one could be that your browser settings are blocking some features or cookies that are required for cloud gaming. A third one could be that there is a problem with your Xbox account or subscription.



    To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:

    - Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, your browser may store outdated or corrupted data that can interfere with cloud gaming.

    - Sign out and sign back in to your Xbox account. This can help refresh your account information and subscription status. To sign out, go to https://www.xbox.com/play and click on your profile picture in the top right corner. Then click on Sign out. To sign back in, go to the same website and click on Sign in.

    - Check your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. You need an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to access cloud gaming.     I'm having the same issue at the loading screen but my game has been downloaded to the hard drive already, i can play on a secondary character i have saved to the cloud perfectly fine though.

    Hello everyone. I had the exact same issue that OP was having. I was very frustrated as I could not get my save back.

    However, I decided the issue might have been related to Cloud Saves. I disconnected my internet, ran the game as administrator (straight from my windows menu not the store) and the saves loaded back up!

    The "cloud" does not hold water.

    Appointed. You don't get do you? PS4 console is strong enough to runs all thouse games without stuff like cloud and all we have to pay for it most are loading screens.

    X1 cloud policies insure that every gamer suffers from MMO-game related issues as different ISP offers different conections. Thus X1 cloud games will have a lot of lag unless a person has a very good internet,something most people don't.

    I rather see an ocasional loading screen then get into lag because of my ISP and upon leaving lag realise that I have been eaten by zombies.
