I have been hacked on microsoft/xbox and need desperate help

Even if you create the account with the same domain as before, you will not be able to view your games, subscriptions and emails, as it is a new account.

You cant unless your laptop has an hdmi input connection. Most laptops only have an hdmi output connection.

Only high end gaming laptops such as Alienware laptops tend to have that.

create a new outlook account just for contacting Microsoft/Xbox Support

this is just for them to be able to contact you, not a replacement for your sons account.

you need a fresh account as a security measure so that whoever has taken control of the account cant block your attempts to recover it.
