I was hacked around 2am this morning when I saw several emails saying that the account info was changed and due to how fast and how they did it, I can not log into my account or access it in any way possible. The moment I saw I was hacked I went straight to my computer and tried to find anyway possible to contact someone, anyone who could help me.

I went from a robo on the phone to texting to a robot then finally texting a person that a spend over an hour trying to get help from but was just spun in a [mod removed] circle basically. I am upset and mad at the 0 amount of help I have received. No I cant login in to recover it, it says no matter what that "This account does not exist" the hacked had changed everything from the password, to an email, to adding security to my account. when i finally got a person on the phone I was really losing hope and I still am. I just hope i can get my account back. that account is connected to my Xbox that I have spent real time and money on, the computer I'm typing on at this moment, my minecraft accounts and more. I feel like I have lost some much and have gotten 0 help in getting my account back...

If your email has been hacked and taken over without permission, you need to contact the email provider about it.

An xbox account can't actually be hacked without you giving out personal information, but if it is the parental XBOX account that was hacked, you need to call support and open an unauthorized access claim.

Bu88Lez3314 That's exactly how almost everyone feels, I also think its absolutely unfair that the time we BOUGHT to be able to play LIVE was taken away. Even though they are getting hacked, we STILL should get "Payed Back" our gold or more! I've been trying
to play for more than 6 hours and have been getting kicked off continuously. And its extremely annoying. I know its because of the hackers but we should still be reimbursed for that time we lost... (I said that twice)

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately there isn't anyone here on the forums that would be able to assist with an account that has been taken over by someone else. I'm not sure who in Microsoft you have been in contact with, but at this
point your only other option would be to contact Xbox Customer Support and see if they have a process for accounts that have been taken over when the security information has been changed. I'm sure they can assist you in some way. I'll provide the best steps
to get in contact with a live agent for Xbox customer support.

Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

If it says it's taken, then it's taken. It might have been taken on other Microsoft service such as Zune, so you won't be able to add it as a friend to test it.
