    I have been gamer pic banned, for a photo of me and my girlfriend? (attached)


    So i have been communication banned (however on enforcements it appears with the tag “gamer pic ban”) for a profile picture of me and my girlfriend? the picture isnt sexually suggestive, nor offensive in anyway? and now i cant play certain games that i enjoy because of said communication ban. I dont really know if im looking for action or just projecting my anger. but ive attached the image

    Any custom gamer picture won't upload on our Xbox profiles (Past 48 hours verification time).

    UPDATE: I could see the custom gamer pic on my profile on this page now in the top right (see attached photo). However, aupon refreshing the page here it's reverted back to the default non-custom gamer pic (the penguin holding a bee).

    If the pic violated one of the Microsoft rules. Then Enforcement will remove the photo and replace it with a default one. You also lose the ability to have a custom gamer pic.
    No, it was a avatar pic from 360 it didn't violate TOS and enforcement has been good. See the imgur of my pic before it was changed on OP, there's nothing wrong about it and if there was it would've been taken down sooner. I'm talking about like a 7+year old

    Gamer-Pic being verified for 3 hours

    The thing is, I see the photos change on both mobile and console at the same time. The issue is my gamer-pic being removed all because they need to be verified. I have different photos that never go through a verify phase, they upload and then that's it.
