I have been falsely reported by a little kid

The enforcement tam do not use the forums. If they were truly false reports, you wouldn't get a strike/suspension. If you did, that means the enforcement team determined you did something to violate the rules. Every report gets investigated before a suspension is issued.

Hi I am the mother of a boy whom I have taught my son to be honest and fair with others while gaming . Recently I overheard him telling another gamer that xbox has turned off his Mic etc because he was falsely reported by a couple of kids. Are you really
reviewing these kids that have the little feelings hurt and make up lies and falsely report because my son happens to be better at the game than they do. Just because he happened to get a lot of kills with Bossk ( sp) they accused him of hacking. He does
not even know how to hack.This is unfair and not okay and I would like to have someone to contact me immediately, otherwise I am going to making a large number of reports myself regarding the unfair targeting being allowed by a few sore loosers and the casual&
unfair response to false reports and harrassment by sore loosers. two of the ringleaders of making false reports have the gamer tags

The Best thing to do is to block, mute and report a player like that.

ANY Violation of the code of conduct no matter who starts it is subject to and enforcement action.

Then enforcement team does not monitor these chat rooms they only handle things through their website enforcement.xbox.com

Since your suspension is such a short period of time it would not be eligible for a case review and you would have to just sit it out till it is over.

Have the report reviewed, there might have been a mistake or you have been falsely reported.
