    I HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED OF A BAD GAMERPIC AND BANNED


    I have been falsely accused of having a bad gamerpic and I cannot defend myself because my penalty is just a 2 hour one. However it hurts me and customer service makes it out to seem like it is a small thing. It is not, if I get hit with something else,
    it will be a permanent ban. And I have done nothing wrong.

    This is unacceptable and I would not have guessed that this is how XBOX deals with their customers. Especially after my account was charged a day earlier for xbox live. I need this fixed and I need an apology for it.

    I want my reputation fixed to how it was before, I want that permanent ban threat gone, I want that 26 hour ban gone!

    I was banned from changing my gamerpic for having an inappropriate gamerpic. The gamerpic is not at all inappropriate, it was just a logo of a company you find in all grocery stores. The ban is 1 day so i want to make sure that after im banned i can change
    it back to what is was originally. I'm afraid that if i am falsely banned again i will get a longer ban.

    If you arent supposed to use copyrighted material then why did microsoft let him? When you select a custom gamerpic, microsoft reviews the gamerpic before they allow you to use it, if they deem it to be appropriate then your gamerpic changes. Clearly they
    deemed his gamerpic to be appropriate. This is just another example of xbox lives deeply flawed system.

    LOOK AT THIS PICTURE YOU REPLACED MY PERFECTLY NORMAL PICTURE WITH. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IMAGE RECOGNITION COMPARISON ALGORITHM YOU GUYS ARE USING BUT MAYBE YOU SHOULD CONSULT GOOGLE FOR SOME HELP BECAUSE IT IS OBVIOUSLY INFERIOR. NO OFFENSE.

    The forums are not manned 24/7 & the majority of us are volunteers.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    For more info on your suspension you would need to go to the enforcement site
    here


    24 hour suspensions are not eligible for a case review so you can not appeal it.

    It takes longer than 24 hours to re investigate a case review so the suspension would already be over.

    Permanent bans are a last resort & issued if someone continues to receive enforcement actions on their account or an offence is so severe that a permanent ban is the only option.

    Phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so there is nothing they can do.

    Customer service do not use the forums & neither do the enforcement team.

    This person who told you to post here is from customer service & has given you the wrong info.

    Customer service are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement anyway so can not do anything.

    I have given you the correct info.

    The only people who deal with enforcement matters are the enforcement team.

    The only way to contact them is via a case review if eligible.Your suspension is a 24 hour suspension & not eligible for a case review so there is nothing you can do.
