Discus and support I have been earning a hell load of achievements whilst on xbox rewards and I have no rewards ... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have been on this xbox live rewards program for ages and I have earned sooo many achievemens and I'm not getting any credits for it...     I have been on this xbox live rewards program for ages and I have earned sooo many achievemens and I'm not getting any credits for it

    Problem with Xbox live rewards

    Xbox live account achievements were reset in 2013 now when I checked rewards points just recently, I didn't have any, I haven't been earning any rewards points, please help thankyou very much

    Microsoft Rewards or Xbox Rewards? The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program so Xbox Rewards support would not be able to assist if that's what you're referring to.

    If you are referring to the Xbox Rewards program, there are generally no offers to receive credits just for achievements. In order to earn credits for achievements, they have to be part of a specific offer on the site at the time. Generally the offers involve
    purchasing a specific game that is eligible for the offer and then earning a set number of achievements in that game.

    You may also be confusing the previous MyAchievements program with earning credits for achievements. MyAchievements was the previous version of the VIP program which ended September 2014 when the program switched to the current star levels. With MyAchievements
    your VIP rebates were based on gamerscore and the rebates were for purchases made in the store, not for earning achievements.

    Multiple achievements in Forza 7 that noted Gem earned on screen that have shown up.

    The gems that show up when you earn an achievement is just to note that it is a rare achievement. It doesn't have anything to do with gems earned through the Rewards program. In order to earn gems you either have to complete a challenge (which are listed
    on the Missions page of the rewards site), complete offers, and you can can earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn and/or reaching new achievement tiers.
    I have already recieved some for various achievements that have been done on there so why did I get those then?

    Earning reward credits for Achievements are definitely worth while and makes having a high GS all the more rewarding.

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.
