    They have responded with the same thing that I have reached the limit of refunds even though I have none I will try to email them again

    To confirm, yes I have tried to do it manually the second time because they denied my first one with the same reasoning.

    I then responded to their email but I still have gotten no response.

    To confirm, did you manually request a refund through this refund form here https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    If so, please respond back to their email regarding your refund decision to dispute it.
