I have been communication banned for the second time now

I've received a communication ban for the second time now, i was messaging someone who was having a go at me after a recent game we played. I responded with a normal message but he still continued to go on. i then messaged him with a cruse word present
in the text, but the word was not used directly to him nor trying to name call nor discriminate, i feel like I've done nothing wrong here but i would like to know whether this situation can be resolved in anyway, and if not how long does my second comm ban
last for, if swearing is the thing i did wrong then i understand, i am trying to cut down on swearing but i feel like I've just been reported fro no reason.

I have been communication banned once. And I said a swear word. The second time I did nothing and I'm banned for a month. Can you please revoke my ban. Or give me a reason why.

I have been recently banned for communication for the second time and can't create a case review I need help to create a case review because I'm sure I have been banned for defending myself. If anyone can help me that would be appreciated
