If yes, please try these steps. Select the Windows icon on your PC then go to Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Xbox app and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Xbox app to default settings.

After that, kindly sign out and sign back in on the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app.

In case the issue still persist, make sure that under Privacy, Xbox One/ Windows 10 online safety, everything is set as ALLOW and EVERYONE.

How do I know what kind of account the child is on? I thought I made his a child account. Also, how do we passcode our account? It's the same account because I don't have one or play Xbox.
