I have been charged twice at £79.99 today 31-05-2023 for Microsoft Office

Typically the first amount as the test charge, and the second amount is the confirmation. Please confirm with your bank that this is actually a double charge. If that is the case, you can open a ticket at https://support.xbox.com

When you upgrade, you're still charged the full amount. The remaining time on your regular Game Pass would have just been converted to Ultimate and the Ultimate you purchased would be added to that as well.

Cards been charged, mad that I can’t just pay £20 to upgrade. It’s 2023 and Microsoft ain’t offering a service like this :/
