    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check all Microsoft accounts that you own because it can be from a different account, you can manage it from there, Jackie.

    Not too sure if you mean you have been charged more than you should have, or if you have been charged £2 for two months, first month £2 and the second month free. Making the £7.99
    charge for your 3rd month of game pass.

    I would suggest that you ensure auto-renew is turned off, and contact customer support if you think you have been over charged.

    I havent been charged more than i should have yet. I have been charged £2 as expected, that fine. Just the receipt said i would be charged £7.99 next month.

    We understand the inconvenience caused and could not really imagine how important it is for you to be able to rectify this issue at the soonest time possible. However, we have realized that this issue of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check what’s going on with your account. They have the tools to diagnose your problem.

    Please scroll down and check the lower left of the page and make sure it matches your country/region. Sample:

    Scroll up and check the Contact Times of the support for available hours.

    Select the "Contact Us" button

    Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
    What are you having trouble with? - Subscriptions & billing
    What's the issue? - I want to cancel my subscription

    The third box will ask you to describe your issue. We suggest something along the lines of " All about a subscription." and then select the "Next" button. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.



    Lastly, should you be unable to follow through the steps in contacting support. You may use the virtual agent on that page and type these exact words: Talk to an agent.
