i have been charged £6.99 by xbox microsoft it looks like a game pass, but we dont use it...

Not only that, but unfortunately, Microsoft support is not capable of accessing the account that made the purchase if it wasn't yours or issuing a refund for this transaction.

However, you can get a refund for the transactions by working with your bank.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think I have had it before - but I have been charged £6.99 and £10.99 - that is surely not right? It says next to the Xbox Live Gold Subscription - "Subscription converted to Xbox Game
Pass Ultimate"

But is it right that I am being charged separately for Ultimate (£10.99) and Gold (£6.99)?

If I look at my subs on the Microsoft account it just shows Ultimate @ £10.99, there's no mention of a £6.99 anywhere, but it's showing in my bills?

Ok so I couldn't make a new post.

So my daughter has an account we know the gamer tag for which is being charged for game pass but we can't cancel it because she can't access her email and can't login to account because dont know details.

And shes been told Microsoft wont help because she doesn't know her email but yet you are charging her for game pass.

How is this fair?

I've looked into it myself and discovered game pass console does not include online play....

So Microsoft have doubled the cost of gold..... so £6.99 per month just to play online!!!... I know it includes 25 games! Still very over priced considering people buy a game...
