    I have been charged $59 a yea for several years and I try to dispute the charges. I don't have X Box, don't live at the address of record and no longer want to see this charge, what do I do.

    Hello John, my name is zahir.

    If you can put a stop order from your bank as soon as you can, it will stop the charges.
    The best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund.

    If you dont have a account it is definately banking fraud and you need to let your bank know.

    To avoid this situation again, I can advice you ask them to give you a new card and block the current one

    I need help with some charges

    One more thing. The only way I've found so far to dispute the charge is to login to the account that I don't have access to. I do have a purchase ID and transaction ID but again, I can't find a way to dispute the charge because I don't have access to the account.

    Refunding digital purchases is a very simple process but it is a self-guided one.

    To request a refund, you will need to use the link below to get started.

    NOTE: If the purchase was recently made, the refund option will not appear until 24 hours have passed from the time the purchase was made.

    It can take up to 72 hours to receive a decision but usually a lot sooner than that.

    If a refund is approved:

    Once a refund is approved, you'll be notified via email, and the funds will reach your bank within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

    If a refund is denied:

    There are many scenarios Xbox takes into consideration before they deny a refund including but not limited to Game-Play time.

    If you choose to appeal the decision, you will need to copy the reference number you get in the response email and post that in the subject field, and respond to that email to appeal the decision.
