  1. I have been charged £20.99 from my account for a game FC24 however it states checkout error 3


    I recently purchased FC24 from within FiFa 23. I was charged £20.99 for the game however it states checkout gone wrong 3. The game doesn’t show under games owned and I have tried twice to re-checkout/download the game but the same issue occurs.

    I am going through this nightmare now with an error through Microsoft. I pre-ordered cold war using a $49 account balance i had and the remaining $20.99 on my credit card. It took the account balance right away and said the card would be charged near launch.

    Well they charged my card $69.99 instead of $20.99. i asked for them to adjust the card to the corrected $20.99, and they instead said the game is refunded. That i would get the $69.99 back on my card and the game removed, but i never got my $49 account
    balance back.

    I have called and replied to the service request emails numerous times and i get nothing. They wont even respond now, they immediately just close my request saying i was refunded.

    I have a real sour taste iny mouth with the whole thing. I just dropped $500 on this series x and this is my first experience with it, and im so disappointed. I just want them to make it right, but they are impossible to get ahold of, and just wont listen
    to my situation.

    Service error when clicking on Privacy and My Account

    In my case , the problem is affecting the child accounts associated to my parent account. I was trying to reassign the parent account for the child accounts & I am now getting the same exact error. Now the child accounts are in the following state:

    1. I cannot assign the child Xbox Live account to their own Microsoft account that is of legal age. I don't get an error, but the association is refused because a child account cannot be associated to itself as a parent. Their Microsoft accounts are of
    legal age, but the association is refused nonetheless.

    2. I cannot re-assign the child Xbox Live accounts back to either of my 2 Microsoft accounts. The error I get states that the Microsoft sign-up services are not available. I can however create a new trial account with a trial code, so at a minimum sign-up
    services are available in some part.

    3. I cannot manage any of the child accounts on xbox.com. Attempting to access the account management features results in the IIS exception error referenced in the original post.

    4. The child accounts can no longer sign-in to Xbox Live from any of 4 consoles that I have in my home. The sign-in process is blocked with a message that states "the parent account is not valid. please specify a new parent account to continue." ... which
    I proceed to do, but then experience either problem 1, 2, or 3 listed above.

    Some have stated that the browser, cache, cookies, etc. could be the problem, but I have this problem from any browser on any computer in my house for the accounts with this problem. Also my account is still working correctly, and I can access the account
    management pages while the other accounts continue to error.

    Basically, it would appear that my children have been orphaned & I must be speaking from beyond the grave. :p
